This gentle giant is a dog we all would love to have.  He’s good about meeting new people, gets along with other dogs and has a sweet and happy personality. He does need some work when on the leash, because he can pull hard if he gets out in front.  We think he’s otherwise perfect, though,and on a scale from 1 to 10 we would give this gorgeous boy a 12!  When we met Theo he was living with a family that included 5 children and were moving into an apartment that wouldn’t allow a large dog; sadly, they couldn’t take Theo with them. They loved him very much and wanted the best for him and to make sure he would be placed in the right home and reached out to us.

We wanted to make Theo’s transition as easy as possible so, we placed him in a home of a repeat adopter that just lost his male GSD.  Theo adjusted nicely and he and we are happy to say they are inseparable. He loves to play, go for romps on the beach and seems to be happiest just being with his new Dad.  They even have big plans for a weekend away to Vermont soon.
