Carver is a sweet dog that likes everyone he meets. When we met him we knew he was going to make someone a very nice companion. With his easy going, playful personality he’s the perfect family dog! At the time we were asked to help him it was close to Christmas and we wanted to move him into his forever home. He seemed a good match for an approved adopter, a widower and his daughter, who is studying and working part-time, so we asked if they would foster Carver with the option to adopt him. The Dad had grown up with German Shepherds and had lost their previous dog to cancer, and Carver took to both him and his daughter right away. They were looking for a dog who would enjoy going for daily walks and short trips in the car, and this boy is doing that and more as their family member, now officially adopted.
