Meet Jake…

This handsome two-year-old is a smart dog with lots of good traits.  Jake loved the children in the home that he was raised in.  We were told that Jake played nicely with some of the family members’ dogs, including a husky and a golden retriever. He is a friendly big boy that easily gets excited and will try to jump up at you when first greeting you. Due to a change in work schedules at the home, Jake was not getting the attention and training he needed.

He takes his treats gently, crate-trained, has had some obedience training and seems eager to please.  Like many GSD’s, he’s not a fan of going to the Vet but, something definitely that can be addressed. In the right home with a family who continues to take him to training and socialize him with clear direction, we know that Jake will shine.
