Meet Stella & Draco
Some dogs come into rescue and instantly leave a mark on your heart and that is exactly what happened with Stella and Draco.
Stella is 3 years old and Draco is 2, and despite everything they’ve been through, they are two of the sweetest, gentlest dogs we’ve welcomed into our rescue.
Stella and Draco came to us after being abandoned in a freezing apartment when their owner was evicted. Poor Stella was found chained with injuries to one of her back legs, while Draco stayed close by her side. Despite everything they endured, these two remain incredibly loving dogs who clearly find comfort in each other.
Their bond is truly beautiful to watch. Draco absolutely adores Stella, and she makes him feel safe. They walk wonderfully together, love attention from people, and have such kind, affectionate temperaments. They can be a little excited and pull on the leash at times, but overall they are truly wonderful dogs. We know the perfect family is out there for them a home where they will never again have to wonder if they are safe, loved, or wanted.
Stella is a very playful and affectionate girl who absolutely loves her belly rubs. She’s adventurous, a little sassy, and always excited to head out for a walk. Stella also really enjoys playing with her toys and keeping herself entertained.
Draco is a confident, very sweet boy who is curious about absolutely everything. He’s a little nosey in the cutest way and loves checking out the world around him. His gentle, happy personality makes him so easy to love.
Stella and Draco must be adopted together, as their bond is incredibly strong and they bring each other comfort and confidence. After all they’ve been through, we would love nothing more than to see these two finally get the happy ending they deserve together.
