While summer has seemingly flown by, we’re gearing up for fall with two exciting events this month and hope you can join us!

Pet Rock Festival

On September 10, GSRNE will be at Pet Rock Festival, which is being held at SAC Park in Shrewsbury, MA.  This event is lots of fun. We get to meet the public, tell them about our rescue and our beloved German Shepherd Dogs, recruit volunteers, adopters, and fosters, meet other groups and rescuers, and of course sell our awesome GSRNE merchandise! This year we’re also still looking for volunteers to come and help out.

Bark in the Park 

On September 23, we’ll also be at Bark in the Park in North Conway, NH. This event is a great way to meet new people, talk about your dog, and visit other vendor booths as well as participating in the days fun activities — and we need volunteers! Volunteers help in our booth by answering questions people may have about what our rescue does, available dogs, our need for foster homes, as well as selling our merchandise such as hats, candles, tote bags & much more!
