Meet Cilla!
She is located at Pope Memorial Frontier Animal Shelter in Orleans, Vermont.
She is a fully vetted, 11-year-old white shepherd. Cilla came to us when her previous owners were no longer able to care for her. She came in with another shepherd who we suspect is her daughter. The two of them do well together but have been reactive with other canines around. We haven’t seen them interact with cats but would expect a similar reaction and for them not to co-exist. We have not seen Cilla interact with children, but we believe she would do well with older kids, and teens. She is very docile and gentle. We think she would be a great companion for someone who enjoys going out for leisurely walks! She is friendly with everyone she meets here at the shelter, and never says no to treats!
