Sophie’s Story

“Hello, everyone, my name is Sophie, and I am safe and happy now.”

“She’s our GSRNE foster sister, and we truly love her!”

“Sadly, her former family thought she wandered off into the woods to die so never looked for her.”

“And the poor ol’ gal had live fleas, hair loss, multiple infections, could barely walk, and had the curliest nails ever!”

“Hungry, sick, and confused, she then ended up in a homeless shelter for a &*$%# month.”

“As a 14 yo reject, she was certain she would die there, and nobody would care. Heartbreaking.”

“Oh, boo hoo hoo. Yea, my heart is all broken up now, into a gazillion pieces. I might end up with heart failure!”

“Ya know, you can be a real jerk sometimes, Duke.”

“Hey, look, what’s Sophie up to?”

“Stay tuned for the adventures of Sherman, Matsi, Duke, & now Sophie, too!”
