GSRNE 2008 Calendar Raffle
This is an exciting new raffle that will be
going on for the next 2 months!. Deadline is Sunday, June 22nd. Members
can purchase theirs at our 2008 Membership Appreciation Picnic at the Hopkinton State Park in MA.
The raffle is a calendar of the month of July....for every single day in that
month we will be giving away CASH and Gift cards to the winner of the
day. That means there will be 31 prizes in total. Our biggest winner will be
July 4th and that date is worth $500.00!! The cost for a ticket is $10.00 each
and it allows you the chance
to win every single day.
Even if you WIN on one of those days your name will be reentered to continue
throughout the rest of the month! The winners will be notified and posted on our
website.

2008 CALENDAR RAFFLE RULES AND REGULATIONS
The CALENDAR RAFFLE is conducted by German Shepherd Rescue of New England, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. All proceeds, less expenses, will benefit the work to rehome the dogs.
PURCHASE INFORMATION: The purchase price of the calendar is $10.00 which gives you 31 chances to win prizes worth $15.00 - $500.00. Tickets accompanied by payment in full may also be sent to, and must be in the possession of, German Shepherd Rescue of New England; PO Box 299; Wayland, MA; 01778 by close of business on JUNE 30, 2008. You may also pay with a credit card or direct bank transfer through Paypal by going to www.gsrne.org with the same deadline. If an entrant's check or credit card payment is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry will be declared invalid unless full payment is made in good funds prior to the drawing. Tickets that have not been paid for will NOT be entered into the raffle.
WHO MAY ENTER? Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Board members, directors, and other GSRNE members are also eligible to enter.
HOW DO I WIN? The winner will be determined by a daily random drawing. Winning tickets are re-entered into the raffle, allowing the possibility of winning more than once. The winner need not be present to win. Drawings will take place daily beginning July 1, 2008 and ending July 31, 2008. Winning draw receives prize for the corresponding date on the calendar.
GSRNE is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, illegible or incomplete entry of information or for lost, delayed, misdirected or mutilated entries or mail. PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY!
GENERAL: The winner agrees to permit his/her name to appear on the GSRNE website at www.gsrne.org and to use his or her name, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation
GSRNE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Raffle in whole or in part and return all the monies in the event of insufficient sales.
Per IRS ruling, the purchase of raffle tickets is not considered a gift and does not qualify as a tax-deductible charitable contribution. Winner will assume and be responsible for payment of the required federal withholding tax, if any, and all other fees, and local, state and federal taxes.
